Go to
www.NBCOT.org for the detailed info about getting certified as an OTR in the US and then go to the state OT website for the state you want to work in for info about licensure.
As I understand the requirements, international therapists can appy for Occupational Therapy Equivalency Determination (or something like that) (OTED) submitting academic documentation to determine whether their bachelor's plus graduate courses are equivalent to the US curriculum requirements. I haven't heard from anybody about how this is working, but would expect it is likely that your degree would be accepted.
Application for a work visa forms are on the same website.
Then, as I said, you must go to the website of the US state association or state governmental licensure board to fill out correct applications (often needed in advance of arrival/beginning work) for state licensure.
Good luck
